RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with a product, received a damage, defective or if the purchased product is not as per listed on The House of Tara website, please contact customer care at support@thehouseoftara.co.in stating the exact reason for return within 14 days of receipt of the product. Please note the Return Period is 14 days of receipt of the product. The customer care department will approve your request by a return mail. For Return or replacement requested for damage or defect reason please supplement the request with desired images as proof of defect / damage. You will be required to return the product within 5 days of approval to the following address through a courier:

The House Of Tara shall reimburse a maximum of Rs 100 as courier charges for return. Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if any), guarantee card (not filled out) and any other material that came along with the product. The returned product must be in unused condition as we cannot issue refunds for products that show signs of use. Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

We recommend you use a reliable courier service. All returns are evaluated before being processed. Please note that it usually takes 7-14 working days to receive the package you return. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 15 business days to complete your return & reverse your payment to the same payment source.

Please note that The House Of Tara return and refund policy is applicable only in India. Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept returns, refunds and exchanges outside of India.

 

REPLACEMENT POLICY

If you want to replace the product that you have purchased on the The House Of Tara website with a product of same cost, please contact customer care at support@thehouseoftara.co.in stating the exact reason for replacement within 14 days of receipt of the product. The customer care department will approve your request by a return mail. You will be required to return the product within 5 days of approval to the following address through a courier at your own cost:
